What is half ml (0.5ml) of Lip Fillers
For many first timer lip filler clients the idea of larger lips is both exciting and daunting. The daunting part often stems from a fear of needles and the fear of not knowing how their lips will end up looking. A perfect way to overcome your fears would be to start small, by small we mean 0.5ml (Half ml) of lip filler instead of the usual full 1ml. By starting with half a ml, you can effectively test the waters. Half ml allows you to get comfortable with the thought of larger lips.

How long does lip filler last ?
Half ml of lip fillers will last only 3-4 months. The filler used is also called a thin or soft filler.
How long does it take?
It only takes about an hour to restore your lost lip volume.
Does it hurt?
Half a ml of lip filler is not painful. Your injector can use a topical numbing cream so you won't feel a thing.
Will I swell?
You will have swelling. Lips are very sensitive so the swelling starts right away, before your appointment is even finished! If it is your 1st time to do lip injections, the swelling might make you nervous but don’t worry, the majority of the swelling will be gone in 3-4 days.
Will I bruise?
Bruising is a strong likelihood. Give yourself a full 2-3 weeks before your friend's wedding or your new job interview so that, if you do bruise, it has plenty of time to clear.
